A new, brain-based approach to healthcare
We live in a stressful world, and that stress causes most health problems. The Brain Based Health approach is to train ourselves in the emotional tools to move through stress to joy. If any brain circuit blocks our joy, we use the tools to clear that block. By focusing on what’s really important – our stress level – we are far more effective in switching off stress, and by doing so repeatedly, our brain changes.
The brain begins to adopt the resiliency habit. As most health problems are stress-induced, we prevent many health issues, and medications and procedures for medical problems can be more effective. It’s easier to feel happy, live healthy, and experience optimal well-being.
